Do your bras and undies come in my size?

All of our bras and undies come in sizes XS - 4X. Before we began, we set out to see what today's sizing should be like and with the help of fit test models, we aimed to be as accurate as possible from the get-go! Please check out our fitting guide, and feel free to email us at to be walked through the sizing process. We do not recommend comparing sizes with other brands or retailers.

How long will it take for my pre-order to ship?

We will be working really hard on your pre-order from day one. The time frame for the production to finish, does vary depending on the product. Please see the product page to view the estimated ship date. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions!

What do I do if my bras and undies arrive and are not the right size?

All of our underwear are final sale, no exceptions. If returned to us, we will not refund you or send them back. We do offer returns on our bras. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Please refer to our return policy.

What shipping service do you use?

We ship locally from Vancouver and use our local Canada Post courier. At this time all shipping fees are the customers responsibility. We are not liable for any duty fees on your order.

What if my order gets lost by the courier?

Once your order has been received by the courier, we are no longer held liable or responsible for the parcel. Please refer to their method of opening a claim, and be in touch with their customer service.

What happens if I receive a damaged or faulty item?

If you've received your order and have found an item to be damaged, please email us within 7 days with photos of the damage. We will do our best to replace the item, or refund accordingly. We will not be responsible for damaged items outside of the 7-day window.

Do you ship to my country?

At this time we only ship within Canada and the United States. We do hope to offer international shipping as we grow and border delays are decreased.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your new products, but we completely understand if things don't workout.

All bras can be returned for a refund when an email has been initiated within 30 days of delivery to your home. You must email us to start your return at Bras must be unworn, in new condition.

All underwear is FINAL SALE, no exceptions. All return shipping fees are the customers responsibility.

How do I care for my Here for Hazel bras and undies?

Due to us using natural fibers and organic cotton, we ask that you machine wash cold gentle cycle (preferably in a wash/intimates bag), and hang dry your pieces. To extend the lifecycle of your intimates, please hand wash when possible. Not only will this preserve the life and quality of the garments, but it will help the environment.

Where do you make your garments?

All our garments are currently made in Vancouver, Canada by skilled, fairly paid workers. We are proud to say that our garments are made ethically with love and care.
